Who runs PetPass Ready

PetPass Ready is an independent tool run by a one-person business in France. It turns the official animal travel rules into a dated checklist, and sells printable country packs for $12. It is not a government service, not a veterinary practice and not a document agency, and it says so on every page.
What this site does not do
- We do not issue, sign, sell or validate health certificates, pet passports, import permits, titre documents or any other official document. Only your veterinarian and the competent authority of the country can do that, in person, with the animal and its microchip.
- We do not act as an intermediary for any administrative form, and we are not a paid shortcut for anything that is otherwise free or issued directly by a public service.
- We do not handle identity documents, and we never ask for a passport copy, an ID, a microchip number, a bank detail or a card number. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.
- We do not give veterinary advice, and nothing here replaces an examination of your animal.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, ministry, embassy or quarantine authority.
What you actually pay for
A PDF: a dated, printable pack that assembles the official requirements for one route, with the deadlines calculated, the traps that cancel a trip, the cost lines and the links to the official sources. The free checklist generator on the homepage does the same job for your own dates, at no cost.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the card, handles the applicable taxes and appears on your bank statement as PADDLE.NET*. Your card details never reach this site or its owner. Every pack carries a 30-day refund policy, and a request to [email protected] is enough.

The registry entry shows a French business registered under activity code 62.01Z (software and computer services) and based in Essonne. We deliberately keep the personal address out of this site and out of public indexes, which is why you will not find a shop address or a phone number here: there is no shop and no phone line. Support is by email, and it is answered by the person who wrote the guides.
How the content is verified
Every guide is built from the primary source, not from other blogs: European regulations and national ministry pages for the EU routes, USDA APHIS and CDC for the United States, the Animal Quarantine Service of MAFF for Japan, the Department of Agriculture for Australia, the Hawaii Department of Agriculture for Hawaii. Each page carries its verification date and links to those sources, and each pack repeats them on its last page so you can check the rules yourself before you book anything. If you find an error or a rule that changed, write to us: corrections are the point of the product.
Questions a cautious buyer should ask
Is this site the reason my pet cannot travel?
It cannot be: we issue nothing. Your vet, the official veterinarian and the destination authority are the only bodies whose documents count, and the packs tell you exactly which of their documents you need and when.
Why is this not free, if the rules are public?
The rules are public and we link to them all. What costs money is the work of reading every official page per route, dating it, computing the deadlines backwards from your flight and warning about the traps that void a trip. If you prefer to do it yourself, the generator is free and the official links are in the guides.
How do I check that a payment to you is safe?
Your card statement shows PADDLE.NET*, and Paddle is the merchant of record with its own dispute process. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact [email protected] and Paddle support before anything else.
Is there a subscription, a renewal or a hidden recurring charge?
No. Every Country Pack is a one-time payment of $12, and the All Routes Pass is a one-time payment of $29. There is no account to create, no free trial, no renewal and no stored card: nothing is charged again after your purchase. If a page claiming to be ours offers you a subscription, a low-price first month or an automatic renewal, it is not ours.
Do you sell pet passports, health certificates or microchip registration?
No, and we cannot. No website can: an EU pet passport, a GB animal health certificate or an import permit is issued in person by an official veterinarian who examines the animal and reads its microchip, and a microchip is registered once, by the implanter, in the national database of the country of residence (I-CAD in France, Petlog or Identibase in the UK). Microchips do not expire and never need a paid renewal. Any site selling you a "pet passport registration" or a "health certificate" online is selling a document with no legal value and has nothing to do with this site.
What do you need from me to sell me a pack?
Only an email address, to deliver the PDF. We never ask for a passport, an identity document, a microchip number, your travel dates, your card number or your bank details, and we cannot: the payment is entered on Paddle's own checkout, not on our pages. Your email is used to send the file, and to write to you if a rule you are tracking changes on an annual business licence.
Why is there no company page, no phone number and few reviews?
Because the business launched in September 2026. A young one-person publisher has no review history yet, and we do not buy reviews or post fake testimonials. What we do have, and what you can check right now, is a real registered business (SIRET 928 163 039 00029 in the French registry), a real product you can read before buying, a refund policy that costs us money if a pack does not fit your trip, and a support address that reaches a person. Treat a site with no verifiable registry entry, or which asks for your microchip number or a scanned passport, as suspect. That is the pattern of the scams in this sector, and it is not ours.
