Who runs PetPass Ready

PetPass Ready is an independent tool run by a one-person business in France. It turns the official animal travel rules into a dated checklist, and sells printable country packs for $12. It is not a government service, not a veterinary practice and not a document agency, and it says so on every page.
What this site does not do
- We do not issue, sign, sell or validate health certificates, pet passports, import permits, titre documents or any other official document. Only your veterinarian and the competent authority of the country can do that, in person, with the animal and its microchip.
- We do not act as an intermediary for any administrative form, and we are not a paid shortcut for anything that is otherwise free or issued directly by a public service.
- We do not handle identity documents, and we never ask for a passport copy, an ID, a microchip number, a bank detail or a card number. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.
- We do not give veterinary advice, and nothing here replaces an examination of your animal.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, ministry, embassy or quarantine authority.
What you actually pay for
A PDF: a dated, printable pack that assembles the official requirements for one route, with the deadlines calculated, the traps that cancel a trip, the cost lines and the links to the official sources. The free checklist generator on the homepage does the same job for your own dates, at no cost.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the card, handles the applicable taxes and appears on your bank statement as PADDLE.NET*. Your card details never reach this site or its owner. Every pack carries a 30-day refund policy, and a request to [email protected] is enough.

How the content is verified
Every guide is built from the primary source, not from other blogs: European regulations and national ministry pages for the EU routes, USDA APHIS and CDC for the United States, the Animal Quarantine Service of MAFF for Japan, the Department of Agriculture for Australia, the Hawaii Department of Agriculture for Hawaii. Each page carries its verification date and links to those sources, and each pack repeats them on its last page so you can check the rules yourself before you book anything. If you find an error or a rule that changed, write to us: corrections are the point of the product.
Questions a cautious buyer should ask
Is this site the reason my pet cannot travel?
It cannot be: we issue nothing. Your vet, the official veterinarian and the destination authority are the only bodies whose documents count, and the packs tell you exactly which of their documents you need and when.
Why is this not free, if the rules are public?
The rules are public and we link to them all. What costs money is the work of reading every official page per route, dating it, computing the deadlines backwards from your flight and warning about the traps that void a trip. If you prefer to do it yourself, the generator is free and the official links are in the guides.
How do I check that a payment to you is safe?
Your card statement shows PADDLE.NET*, and Paddle is the merchant of record with its own dispute process. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact [email protected] and Paddle support before anything else.
